As an experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneur, I’ve created numerous technologies, founded four companies, hired and built teams, raised venture money, and had multiple exits. I’m the sole inventor in over 50 patents. I’ve created technologies and companies in robotics, power conservation for smartphones, social sales, laser-based pico-projectors, and healthcare worker PPE. These technologies are in use worldwide. As a seasoned Silicon Valley transaction professional, I’ve led close to 100 M&A, tech transfer, and Intellectual Property acquisitions, from both the sell-side and buy-side. From the sell-side, I built a global team and pipeline of deal flow, and led the client selection, diligence, sales process, negotiation, and contract execution with buyers in industries ranging from medical to hi-tech. I passed the Patent Bar in 1999 and prosecuted hundreds of cases for a range of Silicon Valley companies, small to large.
