As part of the Media Office in a world-class Formula One team, developed and delivered the team’s communication and digital strategies.Developed and participated in the press assignments of the team, coordinating driver schedules, arranging media engagements and directing HQ-based and trackside activities. Produced all team-based written content for social media channels, improving the volume and quality of social media engagement to help grow the team’s fan base across all digital channels; managed the team’s website's content, including race weekend updates. Developed and executed the team’s esports strategy, including the creation and management of the team during the inaugural F1 Esports Series.

Created and delivered Welsh Athletics's new media and communication strategy, building a strong relationship with both national and international media. Managed the company's media outlets at the highest standard, directing the creation and launch of a new version of the website in 2010 and developing a successful social media presence (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube) from scratch. Managed the Welsh Athletics newsletter and all the organisation's publications.Reported from the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India, producing content such as live commentary, pictures, videos, interviews and written features.Also planned, produced and distributed all Welsh Athletics media resources, including interviews with top athletes and coaches, coverage of domestic and international events and broadcast features (audio and video).

Worked as Media Officer for the Aviva Great Britain & Northern Ireland team at the 7th World Youth Championships in Lille, France (6-11 July 2011) and 14th World Junior Championships in Barcelona, Spain (10-15 July 2012). Handled all media enquiries concerning the team before, during and after the event; while at the Championships, collated quotes from the athletes, produced press reports at the end of each session and managed the media's access to the team's athletes.

Worked as Freelance Journalist for local and national sport newspapers and magazines. Produced written articles, features and interviews (with photographs) covering a range of sports including motorsport, football, athletics, gymnastics, swimming and martial arts.Published by Athletics Weekly, Welsh Football Magazine, il Giorno, Gazzetta della Martesana.

Held a position at the 2006 Olympic Games Main Press Centre / International Broadcast Centre. Assisted photographers, photojournalists and other media in the work areas at the Main Press Centre, while supervising and assisting photographers at rink-side at the Ice Hockey and Figure Skating venue, understanding the needs and processes of media at a live world-class sport event.

Correspondent at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games, Turin, producing sport features and keeping an "Olympic diary" for the duration of the Olympic Games.
