Oversee a department of 12 people. The IT department is responsible for all Hardware\Software repair, all network services including an Active Directory network with Windows 2008\2012 server and infrastructure including wireless, phones and routers\switches. In addition to these responsibilities the department did all Business Intelligence using Cognos and Microsoft SQL servers and general reporting including all Federal and State reports.

Manage all servers including email, web, Print and Active Directory. Managed all Cisco Wireless and infrastructure including 3Com switches and Cisco Routers. Wrote scripts to push software and printers while being a team member for all technology strategic planning.

Hardware, software and peripheral repair and support. I worked with Teachers, administrators and support staff to ensure technology worked and repairs were done in a timely and effective manner.
