Dissemination of results and countywide coordination and consensus building among theatre producers and community and funding supporters. Creation and implementation of initial corporate development and funding plan, including grant writing, and prospect identification, cultivation, donor acquisition, and follow through. Creation and implementation of initial corporate public relations campaign to position organization in the community. Recruiting and guiding founding board of directors. Recruiting, hiring, counseling, and supervision of initial staff from organization startup with twenty one initial member organizations, through its first six operating years.
