As a Director of Training for District One Franklin and parts of Grand Isle County Vermont that combined over 3000 first responders it was my job to work with doctors to create the best and safest medical direction for those in the field, from drugs used to what standing protocol there should be. As Infection Control Officer for VT EMS I had to work with Universal Precautions, as well as all OSHA requirements. I was the first contact if someone got a needle stick or transported someone that had a highly contagious and dangerous disease. As an EMT I saved, sustained and made comfortable lives on their worst day and my best day in VT, NH, MA, AZ, CO and NC I worked with all family members not only the patient as it can be a confusing and worry some time for the families.

Traffic Management Specialist - Detect problems with traffic flow around the whole state with state of the art equipment and sensors. Monitoring traffic slow downs such as accidents, disabled vehicles or roadwork. Detect and send out notifications across the state to news media, state officials and the general public. Create alternate routes and detours, as well dispatch IMAP units to help stranded motorist or help with traffic with EMS, FD and PD. etc. Customer Service for NCDOT call center, received on average of 200 calls per 8 hour period.

As Night Manager I completed the nightly postings and audits, as well ran the hotel for all the guess that were staying at this historic 5 Diamond Resort. I worked with the night security guard protecting the guess, staff and assets of the resort. If there was a health issue I would attend to them prior to the ambulances arrival. I would check guess in and out and attend to their every need.

I lead like and orchestra's conductor the movement and flow of the 5 Diamond restaurant. As I had been trained I trained the staff every day before dinner started. I taught grace and patterns and movement. I interviewed, hired, trained and fired all 40 members of my staff.
