•Responsible for all aspects of construction for multiple properties in multiple states to include due diligence, acquisitions, engineering reports, budgets to include 5 year plans, design, staffing, coordination of local government, property evaluations, and bids.•Responsible for complete management of all phases of construction. Communicate and collaborate with, architects and building department officials to ensure compliance with building codes, deign intent and budgets.•Key coordinator in the initial design and pre-qualification of bidding subcontractors. Conducted the pre-bid meetings, reviewed the scope of work with successful bidders and awarded the contracts. •Evaluate subcontractor progress to maintain schedules; conduct on-site inspections on construction progress and material/project quality, and safety issues. Ensure that all work is completed according to contract documents/specifications/plans.•Establish and monitor final schedules and budgets, providing overall direction with close personal supervision to ensure compliance and quality controls•Coordinate all phases of management including staffing, accounting, pre-construction conferences, approval of all shop drawings and subcontractor pay applications (this is submitted monthly).•Work to and achieved open communication lines between corporate, architectural and subcontractor teams. Facilitate and provide creative solutions to timeline, budgetary, personnel, equipment, and scheduling problems.•Make design decisions on changes needed within given project; meet with owners to answer questions and consult on potential changes.•Create punch lists for all projects including interiors, building exteriors and overall site management. Manage subcontractor until all punch lists are completed for the entire project.
