Along with over 30 years of experience as an engineer and technical manager, my academic background includes a BSEE from the University of Texas (Arlington), MS from the University of North Texas, and a PhD from the University of Missouri along with numerous publications and patents. I am published on the related topics of program management, innovation, and technology trends, including a 2012 book chapter on the evolving applications for high energy particle accelerators. Previously, I have been a director of business development and have also managed groups of scientists and engineers on multi-million dollar technology projects in the medical device and security industries.
