Primary Responsibilities: Participates in overall bringing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems as related to the company's competitive position. Evaluates alternatives for the enhancement or re-engineering of IT in keeping with the needs and objectives of the company. Develops and enforces policy and procedures to ensure the protection of enterprise IT assets and the integrity, security, and privacy of information. Develops and maintains an enterprise-wide IT to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster. Approves and deploys resources to manage and control all projects related to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems. Develops and maintains an appropriate organization structure capable of supporting the information needs of the company through appropriate cost-effective information technology. Negotiates IT service level agreements with user departments and monitors IT service level support. Leads process to establish IT project priorities on an annual basis and incorporate them into an annual plan. Develops and maintains annual operation and for the IT department. Develops and maintains policies and standards aimed at minimizing costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of IT systems. Maintains contact with key IT suppliers and maintains knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices, and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet agreed customer service levels. Evaluates alternatives, performs appropriate cost benefit analysis and recommends solutions that minimize costs with acceptable risks. Reviews corporate-wide hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts. Responsible for the recruitment, development, motivation and retention of a diverse and high performing multilevel IT team conforming to budgetary objectives and Human Resources policies and programs.

Responsible for leading all aspects of technology implementation, planning, maintenance, budgeting and security for the hotel.
