Alternate Innovation Owner for 2 supervisory control and data acquisition and throughput analysis systems (GPMC & MPA). Responsible for security compliance, technical support and business continuity failovers. Provided 3rd level technical support for Cimplicity and GPMC, pager duty and resolved plant incidents. Trained and documented upgrade procedures for 4 applications. Developed and updated Cimplicity Screens and Scripts. Achievements:• Led a geographically diverse development team in a large, global upgrade of software and hardware for a complex plant floor application in 2 pilot locations over a 2 year period. Oversaw the conversion of all screens, created a deployment cadence, tested protocols prior to launch, created an install guide, installed new hardware onsite and upgraded and tested new software code over a shut down in the plant, which ensured uninterrupted production time and zero downtime on plant start up. • Managed 2 plant floor programmers and collaborated with the throughput analytics and web development team to deploy a Manufacturing Performance Analytics website for 5 plants in 8 months. Website information was utilized by the business to identify bottlenecks in the operation and run more efficiently. • Selected to centralize the assembly plant data to an enterprise data warehouse (EDW) (Oracle GoldenGate) across 27 plants. Developed data feeds and deployed connections from servers. Global subject matter point of contact for assembly plant data, which supported a strategic initiative in the organization.
