Current• Institutes, the Department of Defense, and the United States Air Force Education and Training Plan Identifies education and training requirements, ensuring higher headquarters directives are incorporated into the education and training plan.• Leads twelve Apprentices programs Education and Training certified with Air University. • Manages the quality assurance process, ensuring all personnel requiring education and training are trained, documenting and updating education and training records once completed.• Instructs training courses for over 400 assigned personnel.• Manages Learning Management Systems for Department of Defense Apprentice training.• Educates and assists functional managers and designated section/element trainers on practical education and training programs.• Develops various course materials and instructional methods, principles, and techniques to develop self-contained training courses, obtain training courses, train resources, and assess overall effectiveness to meet identified training requirements.• Develops the Education and Training Plan Identifies education and training requirements, ensuring Department of Defense higher headquarters directives are incorporated into the education and training plan• Analyze training data to determine the significance of deviation concerning established programs.• Develop matrixes and action plans to assist in validating training support/human resources requirement• Conduct needs assessments, task analyses, and gap analyses to determine learning objectives.• Develop and deliver new online courses that meet the instructional strategy specifications for resolving a defined training problem. Use multi-media methods to enhance training effectiveness.
