As a Human Resources Training Development Manager at Air Force Civilian Service, I have over 30 years of experience in leading, designing, and implementing education and training programs for diverse audiences, including military, civilian, and volunteer employees. I am also a Senior Adjunct Professor and Mentor at Park University, where I teach and advise students in management, public administration, and public relations courses. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration at Liberty University, with a focus on public policy and leadership.My core competencies include instructional design, curriculum development, program management, quality assurance, and learning management systems.
