I help people achieve positive outcomes upon relationship breakdown, dealing with divorce, finances and children issues. Many of my cases involve (to a greater or lesser extent) a complex psychological or psychiatric dynamic or issues of addiction or controlling behaviours. I regularly advise on pre-nuptial and also post-nuptial agreements and work collaboratively with private wealth lawyers and accountants to protect family resources from prospective future risks.
