Bill joined Longview in October 2018 as Vice President, Community Strategy. Bill has more than 18 years of experience in various aspects of both real estate investment and financial services supporting unique relationships and assets in both Healthcare & Lifestyle Real-Estate. Prior to Longview, Bill served as the Director of Asset Management for CNL Financial Group specializing in the senior housing and healthcare sector. In this role, Bill oversaw ownership initiatives with a focus on independent living, assisted living and memory care senior housing properties for CNL Healthcare Properties, Inc.Before transitioning to the healthcare team in 2014, Bill served as Manager of Investments for CNL Lifestyle Properties where he focused on assets in the amusement park, theme park, waterpark and golf industries. Before his asset management and operational oversight responsibilities for CNL Lifestyle Properties, he served as their Senior Financial Analyst in acquisitions & dispositions, responsible for investment underwriting, financial analysis on Lifestyle Real Estate assets. Bill initially joined CNL Capital Markets as a licensed registered representative and internal wholesaler. Here Bill worked with financial advisors in sales and services for the company’s various REIT offerings. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Central Florida and is certified in Florida Assisted Living Facilities CORE training & Alzheimer’s Level I.
