I work for the City of Kissimmee’s Parks and Recreation Department, a department focused on providing experiences and activities that the community will benefit from and enjoy.I have been able to accomplish major goals for the City and continue to provide excellent customer service to the community. Below are some items that I have accomplished while working for the City:1. I have trained over 100 lifeguards and staff members in lifesaving techniques, safety, first aid, and customer service.2. I started a swim lesson program that has more than doubled the number of participants we had under a previous contractor.3. I have operated and managed the aquatic center and received prestigious awards every year from our lifeguarding company, Ellis and Associates. Awards that only 10% of the aquatic industry are given to.
