Sales support role focused on assisting Sales Engineers with qualifying projects,performing takeoffs, issuing RFQ's, building the scope of work, and capturinglabor & material costs effectively.• Strengthen Estimating Standards by proactively implementing new ideas andadapting to the team's feedback • Reinforce best practices with sales tools (Bluebeam, Salesforce, Concerto)• Develop Sales Playbook containing guides and resources for estimating tasks• Facilitate workshops to improve estimating processes and reduce risk items• Manage local database to display material costs accurately• Demonstrate sales tools & best practices to new hires and act as acontinuous resource for the entire sales team

• Create and facilitate a series of 6 breakout workshops to improve students' communication skills• Assist career services with resume reviews, professional development programs, and career fairs• Increase social media presence to expand awareness of services and programs• Design marketing materials using Canva and Adobe software to promote workshops and events

• Review students’ written work and provide feedback to support writing development• Build rapport with students quickly to establish a trusting, non-judgmental atmosphere• Refine active listening skills to fully understand students’ learning style• Develop problem finding skills to anticipate issues and provide proactive assistance
