That is what I want to find.For every job an Architect has to be proficient in understanding the client and the project scope, knowing what's required to meet program and budget needs, and to satisfy and enhance them with the space plan and design. The Architect coordinates the engineering and construction, resolving any problems, and manages the schedule and project. The more the Architect understands what the client wants, and what can be planned and budgeted to accomplish it, the wiser the choices made, the clearer it shows in the contract documents, the better the construction and installations proceed, and the happier the client. While we all believe that we have a talent for design, I can also enhance the design work of others with an attention to detail and an ability to coordinate the architectural design with engineering disciplines and construction practices. Space planning and design development are what I most enjoy, integrating the program, design and engineering requirements, but you will never meet another architect who also enjoys specifying lighting, hardware, millwork and drawing details more.I like to work, and work hard. I know what to do, but am always learning something new, and am a good teacher. I am self motivated, but understand the value of teamwork and feedback.
