Mr. Rybczynski was the Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Ultimate Knowledge Institute. Upon joining UKI in 2006, he oversaw the implementation of the UKI 8570 Training Division taking the division to a yearly average of 250+ training events a year. Focused on the training and development of Department of Defense personnel and those contracting organizations supporting the DOD, the 8570 Training Division provided one interface for Training Managers working to successfully navigate the requirements of DOD Directive 8570.1 and DOD Manual 8570.1-M.

Served 20 years active duty in the United States Marine Corps where he retired as the Senior Information Assurance Chief, Headquarters USMC. Also served as Information Assurance Manager and IA Chief for Marine Forces Pacific.
