Anthony Williams joined HealthQuest in 2019. Before joining HealthQuest, Anthony spent eight years at Globus Medical, Inc. (NYSE: GMED), a medical device company focused on developing products that promote healing in patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. He served in a variety of leadership roles during his tenure at Globus and ultimately spent the last 3½ years as President of the company. Prior to joining Globus Medical, Anthony was a partner with Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP, a law firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he specialized in corporate and transactional work for high growth life sciences companies and their investors, including public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions, and corporate governance matters. Throughout his career, Anthony has been a frequent speaker to entrepreneurial groups and previously served on the board of directors of SEBIO. He currently provides much-needed mentoring to young and first-time entrepreneurs through Austin-based Texas Health Catalyst, a Dell Medical School affiliate, and Philadelphia-based Mentor Connect, a program sponsored by Ben Franklin Technology Partners and the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT). Anthony holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Wake Forest University. Anthony lives in Austin with his wife and two sons, with whom he enjoys hiking and traveling.
