  Responsible to administer Engineering Service Agreements (ESA), Technical Manpower Service Agreements(TMSA) and to maintain all Engineering Services related records required for stewardship and reporting.Liaise with Contracting & Planning Lead and NPO Business Services Manager and provide ESA contract status and Service Contractor eligibility input for specified services upon the receipt of Request for Engineering Services Form. Coordinates all reviews and approvals of all engineering services requests and authorization for service.Coordinates the distribution of RFS, AFS and contracting information to the Services Contractors.Communicate with Project Management Teams on project contract administration progress and issues. Maintain records: Data, Files, Logs, RFS, Work Orders etc. Solicit, compile and file all documents including Contractors performance assessment form, copies of all RFS, Work Orders, Cover letters, Data, Logs, Reports and copies of all forms from all the Lead Engineers. Logs all activities and communication with ESA contractors. Frequent contacts with Project Managers and other members of their teams. Frequent contacts with consultants and contractors to procure and monitor services. Frequent contact with MPN Process & Controls manager for information updates, guidance and resolution / clarification of controls related issues in Projects.Continually update status of controls and progress to MPN Projects Manager. Frequent contact with Lead Design Engineers, DESM, and PMT is expected. Regular contact with other Projects Dept groups, other Departments within MPN (Facilities / Development Planning etc.) and with consultants/contractors. Regular status / progress updates to Contracting & Planning Lead, DESM, and PSSM are required
