Coordinate development of the Operations Operating Procedures to include but not be limited to; Corrective Actions, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Audits, Document Control, Record Retention and Management Review.Coordinate and assure that work instructions are completed. Maintain Quality Assurance documentation and records.Developing lean analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills personally and in other business unit personnel.Utilize the lean manufacturing tools and concepts and skills to identify and eliminate waste; eg: value stream map (VSM), Kaizen event, 6S, visual management, push/pull systems, process balancing, set up reduction, data analysis and statistical problem solving.Developing activities to improve processes and eliminate waste (workshops).Write Customer Job Reports for repairs within our facility. Project manage shop & field repairs of mining equipment.Repaired, rebuilt, and maintained stationary and mobile equipment in the mining industry. Repaired and maintained hydraulic equipment. Provided training in the safe and proper use of various tooling, machinery, mobile equipment, hazardous material handling, and first aid procedures. Plan, coordinate, and schedule mechanical work within the mining companies. Parts planning for scheduled work within the mining companies. Coordinate emergency breakdown repairs within the mining companies.
