During my three years at the company (between 2015 and 2017), I had the opportunity to impart knowledge and inspire students to communicate fluently in English. This experience solidified my communication and empathy skills, essential characteristics to build solid relationships with colleagues and clients.Then I joined the Eurobike BMW dealer, where I was for four years (from 2019 to 2023). During this period, I assumed the responsibilities of Genius product and Diplomatic Sales Specialist. At Eurobike, I was able to improve my skills in customer service, negotiating and solving complex problems. Dedication to providing customized solutions and achieving maximum customer satisfaction has been one of my main focuses, resulting in a successful track record in sales and the establishment of lasting business relationships.In addition to my involvement with languages and sales, my graduation as a Mechanical Engineer also gave me a solid foundation in mechanical design, calculations of metallic structures (sheds, mezzanines and walkways) and knowledge in NR12 and Solidworks.
