Dr. Alicia Williams is VP and Head of DEI & ER at Saks Global. Saks Global is a technology-powered combination of world-class luxury retail and real estate assets, including Saks, Saks Fifth Avenue Stores and Saks OFF 5TH. Alicia's deep expertise has been monumental in evolving Saks’ DEI roadmaps and will further its progress in ER. Prior to joining Saks in summer 2022, Alicia was the inaugural Executive Director and Head of Diversity & Inclusion for U.S. Banks at Morgan Stanley, where she led DEI strategy and talent management. She has also held executive positions and leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Harvard University, Cornell University, NYU Shanghai and more.In 2022, Luxury Daily named Alicia a Luxury Woman to Watch in 2023, and she was recognized by Savoy Magazine as one of the 2023 Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion. Most recently, ColorComm Inc. selected Alicia to their 2024 The ColorComm28 list highlighting 28 of the most influential Black women in communications, marketing, media, and DEI.
