About Bill Allen

I have served as CHRO at listed companies for nearly 20 years and spent more than a third of my career outside the U.S. This experience has given me the unique opportunity to be a leader, partner, and advisor to countless executives, across different industries, in many corners of the world. I am greatly invested in helping executive leaders achieve talent-centered transformations that enable value. As a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) I have actively participated in public policy development by serving on the boards of the American Health Policy Institute, the Health Transformation Alliance, and the HR Policy Association. I also chaired the boards of the American Chamber of Commerce (Denmark) and the Consortium for Global Talent. Currently, I serve on the boards of NAHR, AI-powered recruitment startup GoGig, and private equity-owned Horizon Air Freight.
