As a graduate assistant at the University of University of Utah I worked closely with the Union Programming Council to put on events that cultivates an environment that serves students by providing social, cultural,leadership and co-curricular opportunities. I specifically work with the community service, arts & special events, and the Crimson Nights board which is a board that brings in over 7,000 students to a large scale campus party. Other duties include drafting legal contracts for vendors and working with the campus risk manager.

-Serve as a role model, resource, and advisor for approximately 30 residents of a mixed undergraduate and graduate student building.-Enhance community between residents in the building-Address and document conduct violations in residence halls-Observe and report any facility problem or maintenance issue-Provide safe and comfortable living environment for residents in the halls with collaboration of other staff members.-Create programming for residents in the halls.-Meet weekly with Assistant Residential Education Coordinator to discuss concerns, problems, positives, and things that need to be worked on as a residential advisor

Worked closely with the Office of Community Development. Planned the 3rd annual Saturday of Service for the greater Rochester area. Also served as an ambassador to the Office of Community Development at Freshmen Orientation, and created student and organization awards for the department.
