Maintain inventory control for over 1500 parts skus and 15 different makes of refurbished power tools. Create repeat business through a never ending drive for quality and unparalled customer service which "exceeds the expectations" of the client. Drive sales increases through the above. Seek out throughput increases and lower cost alternatives to overall operation.

First learn, then perform repair service on a wide variety of both cordless and pneumatic power fastening tools. Spent 5 years in this rising rapidly to top producer in the facility with no issues involving the quality of my service. Attained more duties as time progressed and finally prmoted to Supervisor/Manager upon retirement of existing Manager.
