Activities, responsibilities: - Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's information security management system (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 standards. - Defining and implementing the ISO 27001 certification plan and road map in collaboration with the Information Security Officer, ensuring all initiatives are on track and completed successfully.- Improve existing documentation, address gaps, produce reports on compliance audits, and provide guidance for process development and enhancement. - Continuously update compliance knowledge by tracking and researching emerging practices and regulations, and advising the stakeholders on compliance-related issues.- Participate in risk assessment to define risk management and mitigation strategies, manage internal ISMS audits, support external audits.- Provide training to the stakeholders of each part that the ISMS / compliance framework will encompass- Focus on fostering a culture of compliance, and maintaining transparent communication.

Activities and responsibilities:- Ensure the implementation and the respect of the established procedures and rules• Carry out internal audits (periodic inspection) on customer projects, internal activities (Infrastructures, Software, Human resources, Marketing) and processes, with a specific focus on security requirements (security analysis, reports and KPI's).• Validate / check the consistency of the collaboration frameworks (Quality and Security Plans) in relation to processes and project specifics.• Manage customer satisfaction measurement (online surveys, complaints).• Monitor the implementation of actions resulting from internal audits or online surveys to measure customer satisfaction.
