Key Responsibilities • Manages sales production from inception to completion by coordinating with the Executive Producer, Creative Services Director, Clients, Editors, Media Consultants & Talent.• Developed and implemented a system for scheduling all sales related projects that increased efficiency of production amongst the sales team. • Produce and Edits large-scale travel projects for GMW.• Creates, orders and customizes graphics for sales projects. • Leads daily meetings to ensure production is on track to meet project deadlines.• Manages the sales portion of the lifestyle calendar including booking clients to appear on GMW, scheduling talent and selecting air dates for sales packages. • Gathers the necessary assets for each project and places them in their corresponding folders with specific instructions for the editing team.• Clips after-show tapings and other packages as needed from Cloud UX and places them in their corresponding folders. • Reviews segments and ensures revisions are executed to guarantee client satisfaction. • Experience in producing, field producing & boothing sales segments. • Assists the Executive Producer to manage the show's daily rundown.⭑ Spotlight Award Recipient ⭑
