Deputy PM on a $213M contract supporting 105,000 Army National Guard (ARNG) network users in the 54 States and Territories across 11 time zones. Provided leadership expertise for senior-level engineers following ITILv3 best practices and Department of Defense (DoD) security and privacy requirements.

Led 60 people comprising the 3-tiered 24/7/365 Service Desk, network and firewall administrators, server administrators, Video Operations Center (VOC), Computer Network Defense (CND), and Enterprise Monitoring Tools teams operating and sustaining the ARNG GuardNet XXI network.
