-Recruiting on a national level - searching, locating, and placing qualified professionals that meet client needs-Ability to manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the nation -Source candidates through a variety of mediums (web tools, employee referrals, proactive, etc.)-Thoroughly pre-screen candidates to industry standards-Develop and build a strong talent pipeline within key skills areas and disciplines-Schedule applicant activities and coordinate job offers with managers and prospective contractors-Knowledge of internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software-Create and maintain professional relationships with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, recruiters and contractors.-Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications to meet open positions.-Conduct skills testing, Skype/FaceTime interviews, reference checks and background investigations.-Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.-Maintain strong relationships with technical personnel through consistent communication, honesty and loyalty.-Serve as point of contact for career coaching, resume enhancements, pay rate negotiations, benefits and payroll questions.-Work closely with Sales and Management Team to understand and deliver on client’s needs.-Work with candidates to prepare them for client interviews.-Utilize proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment
