I am a CPA (licensed in NY and CA) with broad experience in many aspects of accounting, auditing, tax, and business and financial management. We assist our clients in a way that they can continue on their own path toward economic success through carefully thought out financial, accounting, and business solutions..Over the years I have found that I have a knack for taking our complex (which gets more complex year after year) tax law and breaking it down in to terms my clients understand. I have found that most do not want to be bothered with the technicalities of the law, they just want to pay the lowest legal tax and have confidence that the people advising them are doing the right thing.... my team and I do our best to give our clients that confidence.My firms has specialties in the areas of taxation (compliance, planning and examination), business management, business consulting and accounting and auditing. My goal is to provide my clients with the tools to provide them financial accounting and business solutions in a format that can understand at a cost that is fair. I work with closely held and family owned enterprises who operate in many ventures including the arts, distribution, professional services, real estate, and other industries. I also work with not for profit organizations. I often advise new and existing businesses on the accounting and tax implications of formation of a business structures and operational issues.
