Address change necessitated by the company’s decision to relocate from Natick, MA to Marlborough, MA and Nanterre - Paris, France to Galway, Ireland respectively.‒ Global architect responsible for the developing the strategic plan to apply the two new address changes across 11,800 products within a 6-month mandated timeline. This program included the complexity of managing the timing and approval of all regulatory submissions as well as the deployment of $20M of inventory buffer across 16 countries. ‒ Provided direct oversight over the full implementation, resolved all conflicts and unexpected barriers encountered along the way thereby completing the program on schedule while coming in $6M under budget and securing a $4.2M VIP.
