Major accomplishments in this area ranged from driving industry leading paper statement suppression rates to tripling the rate of electronic payments from customers in the credit card business.

Led human resources team responsible for aligning core people processes with strategic business initiatives. Businesses supported include credit card, debit card, merchant services, consumer and business call centers, insurance, collections and military banking. Major accomplishments included leading the implementation of Job Banding, the single largest compensation structure conversion in the banking industry at that time, as well as being a major driver of the implementation of Bank of America’s current HR delivery model that leverages call center solutions to ensure broader and more consistent resources for the company’s rapidly growing employee base.
