I currently oversee 7 corporately owned Arby's restaurants, representing 9 million in annual sales and 165 staff members. I also recruit, hire, and train staff for growth, leading the way in turnover reduction. I ensure accurate weekly and period paperwork, annual budget planning, and P&L responsibility. I execute marketing plans and lead new product training. I audit inventory and maintain equipment. I have successfully implemented quality, safety, and sanitation standards across my district.
