We had heard that Greenville Road Warrior games were a great time and immediately started looking into getting tickets. We expected the same experience we had in the past with other events where we were given a few lackluster options with very little follow-up. Let me tell you, that is where Kathryn set herself apart from the experiences we have had in the past. Kathryn was more than happy to work with us on several things - Getting the right number of seats for our group, getting an attractive group rate, as well as getting the best seats for our money. What really set her apart was the ease and frequency of communication before, during, and after the sale. Kathryn made sure that we were taken care of. She even came down to our section during each game to just say hello, check on us, see if we needed anything. I honestly believe that you can do no better than Kathryn when it comes to customer care. We were blown away and we admired her tenacity in ensuring that we were being taken care of. We did several events with the Greenville Road Warriors and we ALWAYS ensured that our point of contact was Kathryn. We HIGHLY recommend Kathryn Williams for any task, she really has an outstanding work ethic." and "Kathryn did a fantastic job for the Road Warriors and made every effort to please the season ticket holders and to accommodate any special requests.
