- Design, plan, and teach courses to adult English language learners at all different levels of proficiency and with a variety of goals in all language domains. - Collaborate with colleagues to design and teach specialized English courses for teachers, accountants, and engineers. - Design in-person and online instruction for courses focused on personal narrative writing and research writing, as well as listening/speaking, and general English and Spanish skills for professional development of UT staff. - Assist students in their preparations and applications to bachelor's, master's, and PhD programs in the US and the UK. -Coordinate the ESL classes that provide training opportunities to trainees in the CELTA teacher training program through email, FileMaker, and Qualtrics surveys.

I have served as president, membership coordinator, board member, and maintenance coordinator at different times during my time living in this co-op. This is voluntary and not strictly "work," but it has provided leadership and non-profit management experience to me and all co-op members.

At Denton High School I taught three levels of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) to students of diverse nationalities. While there, I led the Multicultural Bilingual Club, which worked to promote dialogues and relationships among the diverse cultures at Denton High School. I also sponsored the UIL Literary Criticism Team, an academically rigorous organization that studies knowledge of literary terms, literary history, and specific texts that differ year to year. I also taught adult ESL to parents of Denton ISD students in the evening.

I taught English to adult and teenage students in Loja, Ecuador. I attended staff development through TESOL Ecuador and Fine Tuned English Language Academy. I provided teacher training in the area of writing instruction, English pronunciation, and English conversational skills. I also translated institutional documents from Spanish to English.

Consultants meet with students one-on-one to collaborate with them and help them improve their writing.
