Finance Lead for Airwave's response for Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP), a multi-billion pound programme aiming to update the network from TETRA to LTE. Owning creation and delivery of the operating plan for the Enterprise division, ensuring resources are in place to support all activities, including capex, opex and FTE planning. Working closely with marketing teams and operational delivery units to convert Enterprise strategy into a consistent and deliverable execution plan.Also developed strategy on Vodafone's approach to fixed/mobile telecoms market after the Cable & Wireless acquisition.

Major projects included setting up off-shore business analytics function, and improving business processes to reduce the volume/value of credits given to customers (delivered multi-million pound saving with no detrimental impact on customer satisfaction).

Commercial manager owning end to end commercial of Vodafone One Net product launch (Fixed Mobile Convergence product), including: customer list pricing, bespoke deal pricing (win rate >50%), setting indirect channel commission and margin analysis. Developed pricing tools and commission system where existing systems were not sufficient. Communicating pricing and commercial principles across functions internally and to third parties.

Providing financial decision support to the UK Customer Services leadership team. Producing month end reporting, developing forecasts and producing business cases for programmes impacting the business unit. Delivered step change improvement in speed and quality of monthly reporting.

Providing financial support to pan-European sales team focuses on sale of wholesale telecommunications solutions to fixed and mobile operators.Sales and OPEX forecasting, bid pricing and margin analysis, pipeline analysis and management, bonus target setting and scheme development.
