I am in the process of completing 135 hours of extern at Dr. Jung's office. I have field charts and pulled charts for the next day appointments. Roomed patients, performed vitals sign such as blood pressures, height, weight, pulse, and respiration's: and documented in the patients chart Recorded patients chief complaints in the chart. Performed strep throat testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, allergy injections, vitamin B injections. Made calls to remind patients of their next appointments. And called patients to see if they want to schedule an appointment after an ER visit, or if they had lab work done etc.
