* $4B US BPO Specializing in Government Services such as Medicare, Medicaid, and the US Census were looking to expand their footprint in North Asia via M&A but then COVID-19 hit and they found themselves unable to send their due diligence and audit team to Korea. **I was brought on to handle due diligence, interviews, audits, and communicate with the corporate development team back in the US to get the deal done. ***Along with the SVP International BD and the Maximus Global teams, we successfully acquired and integrated the local company. I oversaw the change management, integration planning, and hiring of new executive roles including HR and Sr. Finance.

I worked closely with the US ITA, and the US Embassy in Korea and Japan to advocate for more US content in the energy transition, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

It has shipped new and replacement equipment to power plants and rail transit projects around the world. In this role, I spent most of my time developing manufacturing as a service projects in China, Japan, the Americas, and UAE.
