Reestablished the Orlando branch office and managed all aspects of engineering, human resource, accounting, and business development for the Florida branch.  Identify potential government and commercial projects by performing cost & benefit analysis to ensure a higher chance of success during bid proposals or interview/presentation. Lead Florida’s marketing, client relationship, and customer retention program. Generate, review, and submit proposals to local, state, and federal entities. Create geotechnical engineering reports to aid the client’s design of infrastructure projects (Bridges, Mast Arms, Retaining Walls, Stormwater System, Roadway Reconstructions, etc.) Supervise in-house field and laboratory geotechnical related testing (Auger/CPT/SPT Soil Drilling, Pavement Cores, Soil Property/Classification Testing, etc.) Secured 7 - $200K to $3M Central Florida Expressway, Osceola County, FDOT, and Orange County design project as a geotechnical sub providing engineering services to aid the design foundation of the proposed improvements.  Secured 6 - $1 to $5 million-dollar FDOT, municipality, and public-school contracts as a geotechnical sub providing geotechnical services as per needed basis.

Developed and managed more than 40+ (Project Construction cost ranging from $40 K to $250 M) Florida Department Of Transportation projects in Florida District 5 in the planning, design and construction phases of each projects. Daily active role includes all aspect of project management (in Geotechnical Engineering) including Long-Range Estimating, Risk Assessment Analysis, Critical-Path Schedule, Consultant Selections Interview, Scope and Budget Negotiations, Technical-Plans Review, Geotechnical Engineering analysis, $5 M-Districtwide Contracts, and Public Meetings.

Conduct dynamic high strain, low strain, cross-hole sonic logging, parallel seismic, thermal integrity pile testing and analysis on several projects in Florida. Prepare and review reports for high strain dynamic testing, unknown foundations, low strain integrity testing, Thermal Integrity Profiling, SPT-Energy testing and cross-hole sonic logging (CSL) pile drivability. Perform and review analyses using CAPWAP, GRLWEAP, and PDI-TOMO for domestic and international clients
