I am currently a business owner in the gardening and exterior cleaning industry. I took over Plourde Garden Services in August 2021 under my own company of Williamson Garden Services Ltd. We then changed name in April 2024 to Cleancut Garden & Property Maintenance Ltd.Previously, i have worked in customer facing roles and most recently, as a supervisor for First Bus based in the Blantyre Depot. While on shift, i was responsible for not only staff but also the fleet of vehicles on the road. This is a challenging, often fast paced environment which i thrived in. Dealing with everyone from drivers, administration staff and engineers to directors, senior management and often members of the public i was polite, knowledgeable and efficient in delivering great customer service. I also undertook first aid and fire warden training as well as additional health and safety training to analyse and improve behaviour patterns relating to positive and negative safety behaviours
