- Creating added value in property improvement projects by optimizing design and materialselections for in-suite, common area and exterior applications – including lighting & signage;- Providing value engineering for material selection ensuring most cost effective procurement forspecified materials;- Liaising with 3rd Party Design firms from conception to implementation;- Delivering property design improvement design costs and décor purchases within budget;- Providing comprehensive, detailed AutoCad drawings/spec info for ease of construction & projectmanagement;- Responding to design requests or assistance from customers – property managers, projectmanagers, Corporate, operations staff & contractors as required;- Updating & maintaining portfolio reference photos in shared folders;- Updating & maintaining portfolio site plans for contractor snow removal & landscaping;- Updating & maintaining current in-suite turnover specification guidelines;- Maintaining material/finish library for current applications & trends.
