Current20+ years of professional experience involved in a vast range of public and private land development projects. Areas of expertise include project management, resource allocation, quality control, quality assurance, plan implementation and construction observation. Completed projects include commercial and retail development, single and multi family residential, senior communities, parks and recreation improvements as well as streetscapes and other urban improvement projects. Oversight of the Landscape Architectural profession allows for the integration of theories, methods, and techniques of landscape architecture and planning into projects.Contributes to the management of the design process from conceptualization through construction/field observation and is responsible for the companies operational functions. Manages a team of Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers who understand the importance of project coordination and communication. Emphasizes the need for the designers to look at beyond the limits of landscape design and engineering. Daily internal interaction with Engineers, Utility Designers, Land Surveyors and Stormwater Compliance Specialists gives a comprehensive understanding of site design elements and the ability to offer creative solutions.
