During my time as a Center Director, I managed a staff of three to oversee construction, volunteer coordination, and center management. I was responsible for managing a budget of over $60,000, and finished the summer within 1.7% of target spending. Together with almost 500 volunteers, we were able to make 14 homes warmer, safer, and drier in the Logan.

I worked as part of a larger team to coordinate home repair in Harlan County, KY (2014) and Sullivan County, TN (2015). In addition to overseeing 2-4 construction projects per week, I coordinated all volunteer paperwork and pre-trip communication, communicated project progress to ASP headquarters, and managed social media.
