The Strategy & Operations function of the Talent team is responsible for the behind-the-scenes planning and scaling of the instructors that we bring on to the MasterClass platform. We power portfolio planning, instructor selection, talent pitching and closing, and talent relations from production to launch and beyond with a growing roster of 90+ instructors.

Managed the intersection of Marketing, Content and Talent teams through the entire class lifecycle from ideation through launch. Led the optimization of our class launch strategy (from production to launch) to help scale the systems and operations from a handful of classes a year to 20+ on a regular basis.

Managed the launch and scale of enterprise-level partners on Uber Eats and Uber Rush including a grocery delivery pilot with Walmart, delivery with CVS and the launch and scale of McDonalds on the Uber Eats platform globally.

Lead marketing and growth operations for Uber Eats and Uber Rush.

Managed restaurant operations leading up to, and after, the global launch of the Uber Eats platform.

As an associate in the Management & Technology Consulting Practice at PwC, supported projects in the tech advisory, sourcing, systems selection and risk & controls practices at the firm.

Responsible for delivering Society-wide philanthropic campaigns that enable students to be involved and accomplish initiatives. Campaigns include annual events such as Holiday Hope, Queen's Wears Pink and Commerce Has Heart. In addition, the Outreach Commissioners serve as a resource to help students execute their own ideas for philanthropic initiatives.

• Assumed new title as Marketing Director under the NMP Program – business students hired to work in non-profit organizations for the summer, while being mentored and compensated by Molson Canadian• Designed social media outlets, information packages and press releases to increase awareness of the program which resulted in new businesses signing on as sponsors to the program in following years • Communicated with all twenty-one student employees on a day-to-day basis to work together to develop a portfolio of achievements for each individual’s accomplishments• Continuously engaged and worked with various media sources across Canada to promote awareness of the program that resulted in many articles featuring the NMP

• Developed six-week program for ninety French-Canadian students aged 18-40 years old to improve language skills • Successfully planned logistics for the program including the organization of bi-weekly field trips, speaking workshops and student-teacher events• Productively worked in a team environment to execute the program while adapting to changing circumstances such as working with different professors each week• Through dealing with 90 different students with various preferences and needs, learnt to accommodate many different personalities and developed strong problem-solving skills to satisfy everyone
