Scotty is a Managing Director at PEAK Technology Partners with over 15 years of corporate strategy and investment advisory experience working with software and technology-enabled companies. Scotty has executed over $3.5 billion of transactions over his career and manages the Denver office at PEAK.Prior to PEAK, Scotty led strategy and corporate development for HireRight, a global workforce risk management and compliance solutions company, backed by General Atlantic and Stone Point Capital. Prior to HireRight, Scotty managed a family office investment portfolio placing debt and equity with early stage technology companies and providing seed capital for entrepreneurs. Scotty began his investment banking career on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch, executing M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries.Scotty holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was a student athlete and captain of the Penn football team.Scotty enjoys skiing, cycling, and planning recreational activities with his four daughters that uplift, inspire, and draw the family closer together.Scotty is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA / SIPC.
