People, professionalism and production have been my career focus for the last 15 years. I find that Human Resources is the most ideal career path to see them developed in the most ideal way possible. I learned early on that all business requires the leadership and company to be people focused and everything else can be fostered through training and communication. With my people first attitude I have been able to find employment for 100's of individuals as a top recruiter for 2 fortune 500 companies and a 2 Connecticut State funded non-profit organizations. I pride myself in linking great candidates with great employers, even if that requires me to coach each party to reach their fullest potential. I have been tasked with coaching and placing candidates in some of the most challenging and remarkable populations, yet I have been named the most successful career coach in a 10 year timeframe.Further, I have been fortunate enough to manage entire HR departments working in every sector ie; onboarding, benefits, inclusion, engagement, compensation, unemployment, termination ect. After 10 years, I am mostly interested in recruitment, and diversity and inclusion. In this way I am able to help people feel that they are in the most ideal work environment open to them.
