Will Staley is cofounder and Executive Director of the social impact design firm, Thrive Inc.. Launched in 2009, in Helena, Arkansas, Thrive is focused on helping rural communities grow through branding, placemaking and youth engagement. In 2018, Will and wife Misti launched Staley House Inc., creating the FreeArm, a medical device easing the process of enteral feeding. Additionally, they created the Freeman Playground, an all-abilities playground located in Helena in memory of their son, Freeman Ellis Staley. Will serves on the board of The Phillips County Chamber of Commerce, Helena’s Small Business Council and was named to ABPG’s "40 Under 40.” Before Helena, Will worked as an exhibit designer at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC, and as a Domestic Policy fellow at the Clinton Foundation in Harlem.
