I lead on delivering the foundation's Nature Friendly Farming priority, which aims to help stimulate the changes necessary to produce food ethically, and which is better for nature, local economies, and people. Through our work, we look to support measures that enable farmers to farm more sustainably, and for this to be underpinned by robust food and farming policy. We want to see biodiversity improve at scale, soil health to be restored, and for farm incomes to be preserved and enhanced. We look to achieve this through funding and working with a passionate and committed cohort of partners, many of which are led by and/or working directly with farmers across the UK.

Help Musicians UK is the leading UK charity for professional musicians of all genres, from those starting out through to retirement.This role involved managing Help Musicians UK's Talent / Creative Programme, which provides tailored schemes and funding directly to emerging artists and bands, and development opportunities via events, showcases and partner organisations. Operationally responsibilities included managing funding schemes and auditions, developing partnerships within the music industry, attending events, festivals and conferences, relationship management, and carrying out research. Further responsibilities included managing team transition through a restructure, recruitment of new staff, line-management of Talent Assistant, working closely with Senior Directors on programme development and strategic development, and working collaboratively across the organisation on charity-wide initiatives and campaigns.
