Developed, customized, and maintained internal operations IT systems, including onboarding/training for new employee users. Managed team to recruit financial advisors in a region that covered 11 regions of the U.S. for Ameriprise, and nationally for leading financial services firms including Raymond James, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, SagePoint Financial, Voya, and other financial services firms.Customized and implemented Salesforce Lightning for Advisorbox and AdvisorLoans. Previously, there was not a financial advisor recruiting or financial advisor lending platform and by utilizing Salesforce capabilities, built out two separate verticals within one Salesforce Org to meet the needs of those verticals.
