Two months into this role, Enovational filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and my role shifted from revenue growth to crisis management. Responsibilities included client management, staff retention, and accounts receivable. Helped ensure firm survived as going concern until acquisition by EY.

- Led impact assessment and business continuity strategy for West African national electricity company, enabling company to secure funding from international financial institution.- Developed digital assessment tool for water utilities to measure how sophisticated their operations are against international best practices.- Worked with US federal client to improve security and resiliency of their energy supply across client's Europe, Middle East, and Africa operations. Developed localized conceptual solutions, resulting in one instance of breaking eight-year long regulatory impasse.

Ledd operations on complex, USAID-funded energy project based in Ramallah, West Bank, developing a suite of small-to-medium scale solar PV plants as well as building out the infrastructure necessary for the national transmission company to assume control of the electrical transmission grid. Responsible for overall management of project operations, including procurement, finance, compliance, and communications. Led coordination between operations and technical team to drive project results. Performed as Acting Chief of Party in the COP's absence.

Led financial and technical turnaround of poorly-performing USAID-funded water infrastructure and climate change project; responsible for creation of financial and budgeting tools and processes as well as corporate client relations. Coordinated and authored proposals targeting federal solicitations in the energy and water sectors across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Managed and mentored Program Coordinator on primary project assignment; developed his/her project management capabilities and knowledge of FAR and AIDAR. Undertook short-term field assignments, including to present financial performance of Philippines-based project to client.

Led projects with total value of $185 million across a range of sectors, including water, climate change and governance. Working closely with a small team, led efforts to develop a market entry strategy in the Mid-Atlantic waste-to-energy industry. Focusing on modular anaerobic digesters, analyzed a variety of opportunities within the sector, including positioning as a purchasing consultant in the as-yet immature space between digester manufacturers and end-users. Utilizing previous management experience on large, multi-million dollar projects, developed life-of-project processes for quality assurance and corporate knowledge management. Served as a client interface, meeting with potential clients and strategic partners as necessary.

Advised regional governments on the promulgation of anti-piracy laws. Researched illicit transnational trafficking patterns through the Indian Ocean to discern the viability of creating an anti-maritime trafficking school located in Seychelles. Formulated program for anti-piracy advocacy campaign within Puntland and South-Central Somalia. Produced report for the Secretary General of the United Nations on the status of international cooperation in the fight against Somali piracy.

Wrote briefings formulating innovative solutions designed to tackle sexual harassment-related issues specific to Cairo, Egypt. Designed a social network geared towards maximizing publicity among both experts and relevant governments and organizations.

Developed Witness-only Mortgage Division through extensive, on-the-ground business development; managed 12+ closings agents to close mortgages throughout the state; increased client base by 300%.
