Healthcare Financial Resources handled accounts receivable recovery and resolution services for hospitals and health systems. This was done be integrating with hospital systems and intelligent automation. Recruited to the organization as an Application Developer, demonstrating top-performance and earning promotions to Director of Software Development. Oversaw a staff of IT professionals through the development of applications for the organization. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across all aspects of organization. Served as IT consultant and liaison between outside clients, vendors, sales, and Revenue Cycle Management Teams to ensure alignment of scope, budget, and outcome of desired goals.
